I acknowledge that failure to complete the contract before the scheduled class may result in cancellation of enrollment, forfeiture of my seat, and loss of applicable fees in accordance with DDS requirements and clinic policy.

Do I have to keep my camera on during online classes?

Yes. For online courses, your camera must remain on at all times to verify your attendance and engagement. Turning off your camera or attempting to bypass this rule will result in dismissal and forfeiture of your certificate.

What is the cost of the 6-hour course?

The fee is $95, which is the official, non-negotiable rate set by DDS for all licensed schools in Georgia. This ensures fairness and consistency statewide.

Will this course help lower my car insurance?

Yes, in many cases, insurance companies are required under O.C.G.A. §33-9-42 to provide a premium discount to eligible individuals. However, it’s important to check with your insurance provider first, as discounts are not guaranteed and may vary. In most cases, the minimum discount is set at 10%, though some insurers may or may not choose to offer a higher discount depending on their policies.

Are the schools state-approved?

Yes. We are fully regulated by the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) to provide both certified Defensive Driving and Driver Improvement courses.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including credit and debit cards through secure platforms like Stripe. This ensures a safe and efficient transaction process for our users, allowing for quick online registration and payment for classes.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, your payment information is secure. We utilize encryption and secure payment processing through trusted providers like Stripe to protect your data during transactions.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my class?

Refunds can only be issued for cancellations submitted at least one (1) hour prior to the scheduled class start time. Cancellations received less than one (1) hour before the start time, or after the class has begun, are non-refundable. All refund requests or complaints must be submitted to [email protected]

How do I receive my completion certificate?

Upon successful completion of your course, related course documentation will be submitted to Georgia Department of
Driver Services. A certificate will be issued within 24-48 hours and sent to your registered email address.

Are there any additional fees for using credit cards?

No, there are no additional fees for using credit cards for payments. The total amount you see during checkout is what you will be charged, ensuring transparency in our pricing.
