Electronic Signature Consent Disclosure

This Electronic Signature Consent Disclosure explains your rights when signing documents electronically with Georgia GoDrive Traffic School LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By signing electronically on our website, through electronic registration forms, through DocuSign, or on any compatible device (including touch-screen, mobile device, tablet, or computer), you agree to the following:


Use of Electronic Signatures

By providing an electronic signature using a mouse, finger, stylus, touchpad, or any digital method, you agree that:

  • Your electronic signature carries the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the Georgia Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) and the federal ESIGN Act.
  • You consent to conduct business with us electronically, including receiving, reviewing, signing, and returning documents.

Documents You May Sign Electronically

You may be asked to sign electronically:

  • Class registration acknowledgment forms
  • DDS-required Student Contracts
  • Payment authorizations
  • Attendance confirmations
  • Policy acknowledgments
  • Any additional forms required for DDS compliance

Electronic signatures may be requested through:

  • Our website
  • Electronic registration forms
  • DocuSign
  • Email links to secure signature platforms

By proceeding, you consent to receive documents electronically, including:

  • DDS-required contract forms
  • Receipts and confirmations
  • Compliance notices
  • Policy updates
  • Class information and mandatory disclosures

Paper copies can be requested at any time.


Option to Receive Paper Copies

You have the right to:

  • Request a paper copy of any document you sign
  • Withdraw your consent to electronic signatures at any time (before signing the DDS contract)

Hardware & Software Requirements

To sign documents electronically, you must have:

  • A device with internet access
  • A web browser
  • The ability to view PDF or electronic documents
  • A touch screen, mouse, trackpad, or similar device to sign
  • A valid email address

DocuSign and electronic registration forms may have additional requirements, which will appear when signing.


Accuracy of Information

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date contact information
  • Maintain access to the email address used for registration and contract signing
  • Notify us immediately if your email address changes

DDS Compliance Notice

Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) requires:

  • A valid, fully executed Student Contract before you may attend class
  • Your acknowledgment of course fees, class rules, and attendance requirements
  • A compliant signature from the student (or parent/guardian if applicable)

Your electronic signature meets all DDS requirements for contract execution.


If you choose to withdraw consent:

  • We cannot complete your enrollment electronically
  • You must sign all required DDS documents in person
  • Withdrawal does not affect any signatures previously completed
